OPERATION ADMIN

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Be responsible for general admin and paper works at Highgate Head quarter. Support Head of Operations in daily operations tasks

RESPONSIBITIES

  • Support paperwork (documents, papers, reports) for Operations department at HGPM HQ
  • Supervision the operation of the sites, participate in the audit and summarize the audit results of the sites
  • Participating in training for project personnel under the guidance of Head of OP
  • Participating in organizing related events: AGM, investor event at the sites
  • Participating in working with the BOC in case of necessity
  • In case the project lacks personnel and has not yet found a replacement, temporarily take up the position until it is recruited
  • Prepare periodic or sudden reports as requests from the line manager
  • Remind Property Managers and Chief Engineer updated weekly report and save reports
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Budgeting and Finance Management

  • Coordinate with the relevant department to prepare, submit the Budget for approval annually
  • Closely monitor the implementation of the approved budget, analyze, evaluate and propose remedial measures in case of budget differences, especially overspending;
  • Contract negotiation for vendor services to ensure within budget

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in Operation Admin
  • Bachelor's degree of related professions
  • Advanced fluency in English, general computer skills
  • Time management skill, well planning, problem-solving skill
  • Be progressive, highly responsible, aware of service, withstand high pressures
  • Enthusiatic, friendly, sociable, positive, cooperative
  • Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
